1. The service
Braveinnov provides a software platform that lets a business host its website and forms, manage its leads, and communicate with its customers by email and WhatsApp. The platform is in early access: features may change, and access is granted to businesses by agreement with us.
2. Accounts
A business is responsible for the people it authorises to use its account and for keeping their access secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. WhatsApp
A business that connects WhatsApp does so with its own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number, which it owns, and it pays Meta directly for its WhatsApp usage. The business must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, including obtaining its customers' opt-in before messaging them. We may suspend a business's messaging through the platform if it breaches those policies or these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to send spam or unlawful content, to process data you have no right to process, or to interfere with the platform or other users.
5. Data
A business keeps ownership of its data and its customers' data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy, as the business's operator under Brazil's LGPD.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amounts paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event.
7. Ending the service
A business may stop using the platform at any time and ask for its data to be deleted, as described on our Data Deletion page.
8. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Campinas – SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules where they apply.
9. Changes
We will publish any change to these terms on this page, with its new effective date.
